from one holiday to another

It’s funny that I see visiting my home country as a holiday, I suppose, but when you’re visiting scenery like that – how could you not? Leaves a lot to be desired in photographic terms but looking at this shot brings me back to standing on a loch shore with ryan in november last year, shivering but completely awed at the gorgeousness of the hills and the snow and the misty clouds. I doubt we’ll see any snow or frost when we’re over in a couple of weeks but hopefully we’ll be treated to stirling in its full autumnal glory.
