What a beautifully sunny bank holiday Monday it is, I had been thinking of heading into Bloom but the entry fee and the thought of the crowds was a bit offputting so we headed up to the bots instead. There were plenty of other people enjoying the flowers there too but it was quiet enough for a relaxing stroll around. We missed the best of the bluebells and the roses haven’t begun to peek out yet but still found tons to keep my shutter finger occupied :)

This is one gorgeous set of photos. My favs, 7088, 7107 and 7130. Seeing photos like this makes me miss Europe, at least in the spring time.
I agree with Cedric on 7088, for me 7080 reminds me of happy summer sundays on my grandparents farm, and so it is my pick of the set.
It’s really interesting to see which photos out of a set other people are drawn to, and what associations they have that add to that, an compare it to how i feel with the memory of being there and taking them. Don’t you wish you could swap brains every now and again just to see your stuff with someone else’s vision?
